Soft magnetic composite preparation involves fusing elements, which are gadolinium, germanium, tin and silicon in oven under reduced pressure and injecting inert gas into oven

NOVELTY – Soft magnetic composite preparation involves fusing elements, which are gadolinium, germanium, tin and silicon in an oven under reduced pressure. Inert gas is injected into the oven, where fusion of gases takes place. USE – Method for preparing soft magnetic composite. ADVANTAGE – The method enables to prepare soft magnetic composite having good crystallographic orientation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION – An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device for refrigerating materials, which comprises fused elements i.e. Gd5+ delta Ge2+ beta (Si1-xSnx)2, where x is 0.1-0.9 and liquid or gas such as nitrogen, methane, propane, ammonia or butane.

Main Application Field

L02 (Refractories, ceramics, cement – includes manufacturing methods, limes, soil preparation for (road) building, magnesias and slags, cements, mortars, concretes, abrasives, thermal or acoustic insulation (non)oxide ceramics and ceramic composites, but not brick making, concrete mixers or casting or potters’ wheels (C04).)
