NOVELTY – 4-Arylaminoquinazoline compounds (I)-(IV) are new. USE – 4-Arylaminoquinazoline compounds used for preparing drug composition for treating cancer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE – The arylaminoquinazoline compounds ensure improved bioavailability and good anti-cancer activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION – 4-Arylaminoquinazoline compounds of formulae (I)-(IV) are new. R1=-OH, -OCOCH3, OCOCH2CH3, -CONH2, -CON(CH3)2, -CONHCH3, COPh-, -COH, -COCHCH2 or -NH2; R2=Me, -NH2, or N(CH3)2; R1a=-OH, NH2, Me or H; R1b=-OH, -OCOCH3, OCOCH2CH3, -CONH2, -CON(CH3)2, -CONHCH3, COPh-, NHMe or -NH2; R1c=H, Me, NH2 or OH, and R2a=NH2, NHMe, N(Me)2, N(Me)3 or NO2.
