Obtaining boron nitride nanotubes used as facilitator in bacterial transformations use for cell therapy involves mixing of reactants by performing heat treatment under inert atmosphere of nitrogen
NOVELTY – Obtaining boron nitride nanotubes involves mixing of the reactants by performing heat treatment under inert atmosphere of nitrogen. Ammonia gas is added to the treated mixture, and then the mixture is cooled. Ammonium nitrate is added to the cooled mixture, and then the mixture is again heated in an inert atmosphere of nitrogen. The obtained product is cooled, purified, treated with acidic solution, filtered and then dried. USE – Method for obtaining boron nitride nanotubes used as a facilitator in bacterial transformations used for cell therapy (all claimed). ADVANTAGE – The method enables to obtain boron nitride nanotubes for ensuring cell membrane permeation for bacterial transformations. DETAILED DESCRIPTION – An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for transforming bacterial , which involves thawing bacterial cells competent, and adding thawed cell and plasmid of interest to boron nitride nanotubes, and adding bacterial cells to culture medium and then incubating the cultured cell.
Main Application Field
B07 (General – tablets, dispensers, catheters (excluding drainage and angioplasty), encapsulation etc, but not systems for administration of blood or saline or IV feeding etc.); D16 (Fermentation industry – including fermentation equipment, brewing, yeast production, production of pharmaceuticals and other chemicals by fermentation, microbiology, production of vaccines and antibodies, cell and tissue culture and genetic engineering.); E36 (Non-metallic elements, semi-metals (Se, Te, B, Si) and their compounds (except for E35).)
