NOVELTY – Producing liposome involves filling aqueous solution into reactor equipped with baffles. Mechanical agitation of the aqueous solution is carried out between 9600-15000 revolutions per minute. The obtained solution is added with ethanolic suspension (62.5mol/L) of egg phosphatidylcholine, 1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium propane and 1-a-dioleoyl phosphatidylethanolamine in ratio of 50:25:25 to obtain mixture. The mixture is added to the reactor and stirred at rate of 38-50ml/minute until final lipid concentration reaches to value between 2.0-4.8mmol/L. Mechanical stirring is carried out.
