Wave length division multiplexing passive optical network i.e. telecommunication network, has amplifier and semiconductor reflective optical unit provided in active condition, and fiber for interlinking central office and remote node
NOVELTY – The network has a central office (CO) for generating emission of a modulated wave in a laser mode and emission of a continuous wave. A remote node (RN) comprises an optical coupler arranged in an optical circulator. A multimode laser-type fabry perot is inserted to an optical injection part by a demultiplexer (4). An optical network unit comprises a photodiode for filtering an electrical strip. An amplifier and a semiconductor reflective optical unit are provided in active condition. An optical fiber (3) interlinks the central office and the remote node. USE – Wave length division multiplexing passive optical network i.e. telecommunication network. ADVANTAGE – The network increases amplification of a sign to be addressed to end users, reuse of wave length and increase relationship of sign/noise. The network improves performance of wave length division multiplexing access beyond transmission of a full-duplex signal. The network reduces number of fibers. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) – The drawing shows a block diagram of a wave length division multiplexing passive optical network.
