PROCESS OF ATTAINMENT OF MICRON AND NANOSPHERES OF I POLISHED (AND – CAPROLACTONA) IN THE INCORPORATION OF
NOVELTY – The production of micro- and nanosphere form antimycobacteria compound comprises emulsification and spontaneous diffusion of solvent yielding poly(e-caprolactone) with incorporation of anti-tuberculosis agent isoniazide. The solution of polymer with isonaziazide is e.g. ethyl acetate is added dropwise to the aqueous solution of Tween 40 surfactant via a micro-syringe. The micro-emulsion after evaporation of the solvent is centrifuged and lyophilized to yield the microspheres. USE – In applied chemistry.
Main Application Field
A96 (Medical, dental, veterinary, cosmetic.); A23 (Polyamides; polyesters. (including polycarbonates, polyesteramides); alkyds; other unsaturated polymers.); D22 (Sterilising, bandages, dressing and skin protection agents – including sterilising agents (other than for food), sutures, plaster casts, bioactive prostheses, contact lenses, diapers, animal litter, timber, preservatives, disinfectants, bactericidal detergents, deodorants, insect repellent compounds, moth proofers, sheep dip (A61L).)
