NOVELTY – The manufacture of chabazite type structure silicoaluminophosphate uses a 0.2-1.0 silica:alumina ratio production sequence based on an organoaluminophosphate and a source of silica in an aqueous suspension. Also claimed is the product of the process. CLAIMED PRODUCT – The product is prepared hydrothermally at high temperatures, and silicoaluminophosphate calcination yields a molecular sieve more economical than conventional molecular sieves.
